the listings. The only charges that apply are for sellers listing items for
sale. See Listing Fees page for
details. Elfingo.com is proud to be the only auction site on
the net that does not charge commissions or final value fees! Just a small listing fee of .15¢ per item, NO OTHER FEES!
- Do I Need A Credit Card To Sign Up?
No! We do not require a credit card to sign up. We simply verify your e-mail address when you register.
- Why Should I Choose Elfingo.com Online Auction Over Other Sites?
Saving money is the main reason. There are many other reasons why we think our site is better
and easier to use. Read some of them here.
- I Registered, But When I Try to Log-in it Says "Problem with login information". What's Wrong?
If you've forgotten your userid or password click
USER ID or
PASSWORD to have your auction
log-in information e-mailed to you. Alternatively, if your email was not verified when
you registered, you will not be able to use the site until that is done.

- Help! I did not get the verification email, what do I do?
Add cs@elfingo.com to your "white list" or spam filter. This is especially true for AOL members.
Then simply click here
to re-send the verification email.
- Why are there ads on your auction site?
Because we charge very little, we need to suppliment our income from somewhere. Keep
in mind that any advertising income generated goes right back into promoting this site
and in turn promoting your listings.
- Oops! I made a mistake with my listing, what can I do?
Log into your seller service area, select the item and edit the title or description. Starting
price and reserve price can not be changed once the item has started. If the mistake was
a pricing error then end the listing right away, edit it in your
completed section, and re-list it with the correct price. Email us at cs@elfingo.com for a
credit if you desire.
